To add a certification to a team member, click on Team Members in the left navigation menu. On the Team Members page, locate the team member for which you wish to add the certification and click on the name of the individual.

By default, the Skills tab is selected. Click on the Certifications tab and then click the green + icon below the list of existing certifications.

Enter the following information about the certification:

  • Certification Name - The name of the certification.
  • Certification ID (optional) - The number of (or identifier for) the certification.
  • Completion Date (optional) - The completion date of the certification.
  • Expiration Date (optional) - The expiration date of the certification.
  • Results (optional) - Any results or scores associated with the certification.
Click Add Certification to add the certification to the team member.
