To add a skill proficiency requirement to a job, click on Jobs in the left navigation menu. On the Jobs page, locate the job for which you wish to add the skill proficiency requirement and click on the name of the job.

By default, the Skills tab is selected. Click the green + icon below the list of existing skill requirements.

Enter the following information about the skill proficiency requirement:

  • Skill Name - The name of the skill that is a requirement for the job.
  • Minimum Required Level of Skill - The proficiency level that is required for the job.
Click Add Skill to add the skill proficiency requirement to the job. If the skill does not already exist in your master list of skills, it will be added.
