To manually send an assessment notification email to a team member, click on Team Members in the left navigation menu. On the Team Members page, locate the team member to whom you wish to send an assessment notification and click the orange wrench icon in the Edit column. Next, click on the Send button in the Team Member Assessment Notification section.
Assessment notification emails and reminders are sent every morning to team members and candidates that have assessments that need to be completed. After an initial notification is sent, a reminder is sent, if the self-assessment is not yet fully completed, three days later. A second reminder is sent, if necessary, five days after the first and a third reminder is sent ten days after the second.
