To modify a team member's certification, click on Certifications in the left navigation menu. On the Certifications page, locate the certification for which you wish to modify the team member's details and click on the name of the certification.

By default, the Team Members tab is selected. Locate the team member for whom you wish to modify a certification. Click the orange wrench icon in the Edit column.

Update any of the following information about the certification:

  • Certification ID (optional) - The number of (or identifier for) the certification.
  • Completion Date (optional) - The completion date of the certification.
  • Expiration Date (optional) - The expiration date of the certification.
  • Results (optional) - Any results or scores associated with the certification.
Click Update to modify the certification for the team member.
 
Note: A certification for a team member can also be modified on the Certifications tab on the profile page for the team member.
